Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.

The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed  that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.

The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002.

To achieve sustainable development and a higher quality of life for all people, States should reduce and eliminate unsustainable patterns of production and consumption and promote appropriate demographic policies.
 

This seems to mean that farmers get screwed. Appropriate demographic policies may be an excuse Bush is using to infiltrate hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants into America as cheap labour.

 

You can fool some of the people all of the time and they are the sort who are going to swallow Agenda 21. Nancy Levant is not one of their number. she lives in Ohio which is sufficiently rural to feel the reality of this one.

TAKING AMERICAN RIGHTS AND LAND
Nancy Levant has discovered Agenda 21 and what it actually means to Americans. In practice with 178 nations signed up that means most every one. It isn't pretty. It means the take over of land steadily and irreversibly.

There are land trusts and other strange entities buying and selling to each other, making money while pressure is being put on ranchers to stop them using the land to grow food and drive them out. When the land has reverted to wilderness we might wonder why we are hungry and where our food is going to come from. But it will be too late.

Something like this happened in Australia. Post Marxist boondoggle s gave Abos land which reverted to wilderness as  result. If it had done Abos any good it would have played better. Than have suffered dreadfully as a result. See Aboriginals

 

London 21 Sustainability Network
There aren't many forests in London but the website is instructive. It is a bog standard, left wing greenie operation. They are just slipping their standard agendas into the Agenda 21 format. Notice that they are

Agenda 2030 ex Wiki
The Wiki prefers to call it something different, something that sounds less threatening, more friendly. The Wikipedia is a Propaganda machine. Believe it? Trust it? Not me.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all".^[1] The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030. Though the goals are broad and interdependent, two years later (6 July 2017) the SDGs were made more "actionable" by a UN Resolution adopted by the General Assembly. The resolution identifies specific targets for each goal, along with indicators that are being used to measure progress toward each target.^[3] The year by which the target is meant to be achieved is usually between 2020 and 2030.^[4] For some of the targets, no end date is given.

To facilitate monitoring, a variety of tools exist to track and visualize progress towards the goals. All intention is to make data more available and easily understood.^[5] For example, the online publication SDG-Tracker, launched in June 2018, presents available data across all indicators.^[5] The SDGs pay attention to multiple cross-cutting issues, like gender equity, education, and culture cut across all of the SDGs. There were serious impacts and implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on all 17 SDGs in the year 2020.^[6]

The stated objectives sound more or less reasonable. The means of achieving them are different issues. They will turn out to mean de facto Tyranny imposed by people claiming that they know how to run our lives better than we do. Some will be Useful Idiots. The most dangerous will be cynical opportunists & largely Jews.
