England at its best is rather lovely. It needs an artistic eye to use a camera well. Any midrange camera can produce first class results. It is the user that makes them. Here are some examples. There are more good ones north of the border in Scottish Scenes or Scottish Scenes II. A recent addition is an English Country Garden in the County of Kent.
An English Country Garden
It is in Kent and beautiful. Sadly it is run by the National Trust, which was infiltrated by Marxists, using Entryism to take control.
Scottish scenery can be nice when it stops raining, when the midges stop biting, when it warms up....
Rather good, aren't they? They come from the Daily Mail A lot of them are from foreign parts such as Scotland.
Mystical: The isolated Rodel Saltmarsh on the Isle of Harris, in Scotland's Outer Hebrides, is one of the images shortlisted for the exhibition. Would you actually want to be there in the cold, the wet?
Swan lake: Early morning mist hovering over the water lends a mysterious feel to this scene in London's Richmond Park. This means getting up early but at least it is in civilization.
The splendour of the changing seasons is shown in all its glory in Tarn Hows, Cumbria
Up close: Toadstools take shelter under larger specimens in this image taken in Cumbria using macro photographic technology.
Getting to the bottom of it: This captivating image of beech tree roots in Avebury, Wiltshire, show the complexity of the woodland base.
Crumbling creativity: These leaves bring a splash of colour to an autumnal Acer in Gloucestershire.
Lonely planet: Frost-dusted trees stand alone in a wintry field in Stirlingshire, Scotland.
Angelic: An image of spectators taking pictures of the Angel of the North is given an atmospheric feel in this black and white image. Gimmicks are part of the art industry. They get away with them too. The art racketeers don't like them being called Degenerate Art. The truth has its uses.
In the picture of Rocquaine Bay in Guernsey, the Channel Islands, it is difficult to delineate the foaming seas and wintry sky.
Wind in the sails: A lone boat near Hurst Castle in Hampshire appears to have got away from the rest of the competitors in the Round the Island Race.
Rolling landscape: In this image, taken in Tweedale in Scotland, the bright lime green of the fields is in stark contrast to the line of billowing cloud and the dark sky above.

The mist descends: Fog blankets the Ullswater valley in the Lake District
Whiteout: A fresh blanket of snow covers the land surrounding this farm in Northumberland creating a brilliant, bright white wintry landscape
Mist-ical: Foggy conditions give the Thames a magical feel as rowers take to the water in Henley in Oxfordshire to train

White skies: A mob [ herd you twerp - Editor ] of deer stand in a snow covered field at Hornby Castle, on the edge of Wensleydale between Bedale and Leyburn,

Eye to eye: Deer [ fallow bucks ] wrestle at a snow-bound Bushy Park in Hampton Court, West London - perhaps just trying to keep warm - the rut is over now

London Olympics 2012 Images of the Houses of Parliament bathed in morning sun
The Olympic city... at dawn: Golden images of the Houses of Parliament and London 's other great landmarks bathed in morning sun
By Tom Goodenough
And the startling photographs also show off the huge scale of the city -
offering a unique panorama of London from suburb to centre.
The incredible photos of London taken from a helicopter show that the newest
addition to the skyline, The Shard at London Bridge , dominates the foreground
The early morning sunshine reflects beautifully off the Houses of Parliament
The pond-like surface of the River Thames shows barely a ripple of life in
the extraordinary photographs
The Aerial View of the London skyline shows that the tallest building in the
European Union, The Shard, dominates the landscape of the city. In the
background, the BT tower and Wembley Stadium can also be made out
The stunning birds-eye shots also capture the Docklands at dawn, but even
out in the east of London The Shard is still clearly visible
This beautiful aerial view of The Thames Barrier at dawn was part of a
series of photographs taken from a helicopter. The shots show off the stunning
breadth of landscapes within the city which are often left unappreciated on the
ground
In a contrast to the bank holiday weekend that saw thousands cram into The
Mall, the streets around Buckingham Palace were all but deserted this morning
As well as capturing the new addition to London's skyline in The Shard, the
helicopter hovering above London this morning also photographed the Royal Albert
Hall and Memorial
The helicopter also captured stunning aerial views of a new focal point of
the London skyline, the Olympic Stadium
The photographs show the preparations that are underway in haste for the
Olympic opening ceremony happening next month
