Gangs

Criminals are out there. Gangs are too. There is strength in numbers. The FBI produces statistics which some people find convenient. The worthwhile point come from the index. Just why does America have Somalis, East Africans, Dominicans? Were they imported by a corrupt government? Sounds that way to me.
