Saddam was gassing Kurds. America was selling him the kit including  anthrax, VX nerve gas, West Nile fever germs and botulism until March 1992, as well as germs similar to tuberculosis and pneumonia. Other bacteria sold included brucella melitensis, which damages major organs, and clostridium perfringens, which causes gas gangrene,  They did this even after  Saddam Hussein ordered the gassing of the Kurdish town of Halabja, in which at least 5,000 men, women and children died. It happened in  March 1988. Killing was American policy then. It is now.

IIBR employees have complained to the press about Shafferman's treatment of subordinates, which they say is dismissive, rude and stringent. Several IIBR employees have filed complaints against Shafferman with his superiors and the state comptroller, but they saw little results.

One of the many covert projects was MK-ULTRA, which turned out to be "aimed at uncovering the secret of mind control," said Kinzer, also author of bestseller "Poisoner in Chief" which revealed the little-known life story of Sidney Gottlieb, master chemist of the Central Intelligence Agency and head of secret mind control experiments at Fort Detrick and elsewhere in the world.

Kinzer said Gottlieb, hired by the CIA in 1951 to run MK-ULTRA, had not only the right to use prisoners and capture civilians in the United States for his experiments, but also "a license to kill from the U.S. government."

The US Defense Threat Reduction Agency [ with 2,000 employees ] – a Pentagon body mostly focused on countering threats posed by weapons of mass destruction (WMD) – goes even further in its strategy for the years 2022-2027. It openly identifies expanding the US’ ability to “identify, characterize and exploit adversary WMD vulnerabilities” as one of its goals. Another of its aims is to recognize “potential WMD war fighting obstacles” and find “solutions” to help the US and its allies “win during the conflict.”..........

In late October, Russia filed an official complaint claiming that US-backed biological activities are taking place in Ukraine and requested a UN probe into the matter. The UN Security Council rejected Moscow’s proposal, with the US, UK, and France voting against it.
