Espionage is one of the three Ss that governments carry out in peace time, Sabotage and Subversion are the others. Here are some notes on them. Note well however that subversion is not a government exclusive. It is being carried on very successfully by mainly Zionist Jews, our Invisible Enemy. They have decided to destroy the West and they are doing it very well. Marx was one of their leading men who did a lot of damage but his work is made far more deadly by Antonio Gramsci, the chief theoretician of the communists in Italy. Lenin's Useful Idiots are throughout the ruling class in England and all of the West and, not incidentally making themselves rich. Self interest is a very useful tool for political manipulators.
It is fundamental that spy agencies are illegal organizations in the countries where they operate. This leads to collusion with criminals there too. If an Englishman wants an extra passport in Russia talking to local criminals is the obvious way to go. Things can get too cozy and that leads to problems.
