2020 Investigation Into Institutional Responses To Allegations Of Child Sexual Abuse By Greville Janner

The fundamental point to take is that the swine is long dead and, one hopes in Hell. It will now be the case that the perpetrators, his protectors are also beyond the reach of justice. So now they can waste money, keep lawyers off the dole then tell us that lessons have been learned. They will be lying of course. They will be putting into practice what they have long known; how to get away with major crime. It is what the Establishment is all about.

The chairhuman of the Inquiry was Professor Alexis Jay OBE, who looks nice enough. She ran the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham, so presumably she is clean.

It came to its conclusion in October 2021, telling us that Report finds multiple failings in responses to child sexual abuse claims against Lord Janner QC. It also mentions that the Leicestershire Police hid evidence from the Crown Prosecution Service. This Perverted The Course Of Justice..

The Inquiry found that Senior Investigating Officer Christopher Thomas and Leicestershire Crown Prosecution Service reviewing lawyer Roger Rock appeared ‘reluctant’ to progress the investigation, that they were stalling. This protected Janner. The report concludes that their decisions were unsound and strategically flawed. Leicestershire County Council was also complicit in protecting Janner from prosecution. Their report is linked at October 2021 Institutional responses to allegations of child sexual abuse involving the late Lord Janner of Braunstone QC

It tells us at Paragraph 96 that there were 40 accusers but only 12 were fully investigated. This was part of Operation Enamel run by the Leicestershire Police.

Of course we are not saying much about the fact that he was a Jew, a Paedophile Jew like so many more of them.

The Wikipedia admits that Janner was accused at the trial of Frank Beck. It skates over the fact that the Judge tried to suppress the victim's evidence.

QUOTE
In 1991, the director of a children's home in Leicestershire, Frank Beck, was convicted of child abuse over 13 years to 1986 and sentenced to five life terms. During the trial, Beck accused Janner of having abused a child, and a witness said that while he was in care Janner had abused him.[36][37] Janner could not say that Beck was lying until after the trial, because it would have been in contempt of court.

Janner received cross-party support in the House of Commons after Beck's conviction. In a Commons statement, delivered on 2 December, he said there was "not a shred of truth" in the claims which had been made against him.[36][40] In a debate on 3 December on the issue of contempt of court and third-parties being potentially defamed in court cases—essentially, according to another MP, dealing with the accusations against "an honoured colleague in the House"—Janner said he had received a letter from a former cellmate of Beck's, who had written that Beck was intent on implicating Janner as being responsible for criminal acts to "take the light off him [Beck]". Janner said that he had previously refused to provide Beck with references, and that Beck had "enlisted" the witness, Paul Winston, in an attempt to "frame" Janner.[39]
UNQUOTE
The victim, Paul Winston told his tale in court under oath. He was not charged with Perjury or anything else. At all events the media kept quiet about that aspect. Was there a letter from this cell mate? Where is the evidence? Well, if there were it would have been very public. Jews lie like they breathe.
