Nobel prizes are famous and prone to give status. With science this is fair enough. The peace prize is different; being awarded by fools to rogues. Obama was nominated for his in the eleven days after he got to be the illegal president of America. He picked it up at the time when he was ramping up the war effort in Afghanistan. Another was given to the terrorist Jew Menachem Begin, a murderer with warrants outstanding. Then there was Black Racist Murderer's Book Nominated For Nobel Prize. A better write up is at Life in Prison by Stanley Williams. You can take that sort of idiocy seriously. I do not, albeit the prize money is rather useful. The literature prize is perhaps less ridiculous from time to time. Here are the scores by country, including the silly ones. In a lot of cases the country of birth and the country where the work was done are different.
Most of the winners are European by birth or
by descent. This is a
matter of fact. The Australians are just an example. To an extent this is
because science was turned into an industry. The Americans caught on to this big
time and had the sense to buy in first class men. I would have expected more
from Israel but a fair number of Jews are included in other countries.
Does their collective IQ make triple digits. I doubt it.
The middle one has a surly, self righteous look about her.
Nobel Prizes By Country
A spread sheet makes matters clearer. The numbers come from the Wiki with uncertainties built in. Charlie Kao is down for Hong Kong, England where he did the work that mattered and America. There are other oddities. They are sorted by real Nobels as distinct from the rubbish involving peace prizes et cetera. Worthwhile Nobels still show as a European thing.United States 320

Life in Prison by Stanley Williams & Barbara Cottman
QUOTE
"The true stories I've written in
this book are my living nightmares. My greatest hope is that the lessons the
stories offer will help you make better choices than I did." Stanley
"Tookie" Williams, cofounder of the notorious Crips gang, is a death-row
inmate. But in his two decades of incarceration, Williams has also become a
respected author and activist whose dedication to ending gang warfare in the
lives of inner-city children has earned him a 2001 Nobel Peace Prize
nomination. In this award-winning bookwhich has drawn praise from educators,
government leaders, and families alikeWilliams describes the brutal reality
of being an inmate. He debunks myths of prisons as "gladiator schools" with
blunt, riveting stories of overwhelming homesickness, the terror of solitary
confinement, and the humiliation of strip-searches. Williams' words are a
frank challenge to adolescent readers to educate themselves, make
intelligent decisions, and above all, not to follow in his footsteps.

Or see
Black Racist Murderer's Book
Nominated For Nobel Prize. Williams was an ugly black
Racist & leader o the
Crips. The
Wikipedia isn't stupid enough to believe that
Williams has
reformed. He was executed so he will not be trying it on again. Presumably
Cottman actually wrote the book because Williams was illiterate.
Nobel Literature Prize For 2018 Cancelled
[ 5 May 2018 ]
The literature prize is normally awarded by fools to rogues. The
committee is full of the self-righteous
Lefties,
keen
Virtue Signallers &
Social Justice Warriors.
Now it is crooks who were on the inside. One is running to be
Harvey Weinstein II.

Women Win 2020 Nobel Prize For Chemistry
[ 8 October 2020 ]
QUOTE
Scientists Emmanuelle Charpentier, 51, and
Jennifer Doudna, 56, have won the 2020 Nobel prize in chemistry for the
development of Crispr-Cas9, a powerful gene-editing tool.
The breakthrough occurred in 2012 and is hailed as an invaluable tool for researchers as it allows for precise changes to be made to an individual's DNA. Only five women have previously won the Nobel prize in chemistry, despite the award first being handed out in 1901.
Professors Doudna, from America, and Charpentier, from France, are the first women to share the prize.
Speaking today at a virtual press conference, Professor Charpentier said: 'My wish is that this will provide a positive message to the young girls who would like to follow the path of science, and to show them that women in science can also have an impact through the research that they are performing.'
The two scientists will share the 10 million
Swedish crown ($1.1 million/£864,200) prize.

Emmanuelle Charpentier,
the French one looks rather attractive. L'Americain, less so
Jennifer Doudna.
Their work does seem to be useful and important.
