The National Black Police Association UK is a racist organization that is encouraged by other racists in England such as the Labour Party and the BBC. It claims very prominently on its web that it is open to white men and even white women but does not mention that they can only be associate members. See MP defends police race criticism on the point. The Times did not swallow their story either - see A black police association – now that is racism in action
It may be that Trevor Philips of the Commission for Equality and Human Rights told them what story to tell so that they could claim they are not racist. Interestingly Ali Dizaei, a vicious chancer on the make was the president of the National Black Police Association UK. He was working the race relations racket for all it was worth and has just [ February 2010 ] gotten four years for Perverting The Course Of Justice and Misconduct In Public Office. The Met had to do him twice because he beat the rap first time.
The head man was a racist thug called Dizaei until he got six years for perverting the course of justice. Since which time they have not been quite so mouthy.
Ali Dizaei
He was loud mouthed, pushy, a thief, a bully who squawked about racism for any reason or none and now he is in prison. He got off very lightly but then he is an ethnic.

That is their story. People can join but only as second class members. The Wiki is not into telling the truth when it conflicts with their agenda.

The President of the National Black Police Association (NBPA) Franstine Jones says the services failure to properly reflect the society it polices risks damaging the services legitimacy to police the community it seeks to serve. She calls upon senior Police leaders, BME Staff and other interested parties to come to the NBPA Annual General Meeting in Birmingham in October to debate the issues and work to develop a cohesive strategy to help the service maintain the trust and confidence of the public.

Blacks want jobs, blacks want promotion, blacks want power. They hope we have forgotten a loud mouthed thug called Dizaei, who was also the president of the National Black Police Association until he went to prison - see Racist Police Thug Gets Four Years For Perverting The Course Of Justice. He played the Race card; they all do.
PS The very existence of the NBPA is a an act of Racism but it is anti-English racism so that is all right in the eyes of The Establishment.
PPS The chief of the Metropolitan Police is 'Sir' Bernard Hogan-Howe, a Racist who refuses to investigate criminal offences if they are committed by 'Lord' Nazir Ahmed, Baron Ahmed of Rotherham. Hogan was also with the Rotherham police whose policy was to allow 1,400 English girls to be raped by Pakistani Perverts.
PPPS Black police in South Africa like Rape; they have the power to get away with it.
Political Correctness Does Not Address Real Problems Faced By Ethnic Minorities But It Keeps Them Out Of Prison [ Usually ] [ 16 November 2020 ]
QUOTE
Political correctness does not address the real problems faced by ethnic minorities in Britain, the head of the National Black Police Association has said.Andrew George, an inspector with the Police Service of Northern Ireland, told the Sunday Telegraph that this sensitivity may have gone 'too far in some stages,' such as leaving people unable to 'call a black coffee a black coffee.'
The officer, born in County Armagh to a Malaysian father and Northern Irish mother, said this often takes away from 'wider issues on things that are impacting on black and minority ethnic communities everyday.'
He added: 'I think with political correctness it was probably an attempt to do the right thing and to get things right but I think a lot of the stuff that was brought in was done without a lot of consultation with those who are probably affected most.
'I think things did shift in a certain direction, potentially even too far in some stages, around being too politically correct and not being able to call a black coffee a black coffee.
'It kind of takes away from the wider issues on things that are impacting on black and minority ethnic communities everyday, the societal issues around the fact that they have limited opportunities; they have limited access [ sic ] to resources like IT; they are in this cycle of poverty due to legacy issues in the community.'

The National Black Police Association is Racism in action; the name tells us that. The Daily Mail thinks we have forgotten that it was run by deeply unpleasant racist thief, an Iranian chancer who played the race card at any opportunity and none. Ali Dizaei got four years back in 2010. The Met doesn't seem to have done him for extortion. Nobbling witnesses is easy if you know lotsa criminals. He was one of the Asian Mafia.
